Shipping Information

At Zen Chic, we ship our unique, hand-crafted quilts worldwide from our location in Germany. We cover the shipping costs.

Customs Fees: Depending on your country, customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by destination. Once your quilt is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number for your convenience. If you have specific shipping preferences or questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Returns Policy

We hope you will love your Zen Chic quilt as much as we loved making it. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your purchase. Please note the following conditions for returns:

Condition: Quilts must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.

Return Costs: Return shipping fees and any customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Logistics: Please contact us at b.heitland@gmx.de before initiating a return. We will guide you through the process.

Exceptions to Returns: Our quilts are hand-made, one-of-a-kind pieces, each with its own unique charm. Minor imperfections are part of the character and individuality of a hand-crafted product and should not be considered defects. These natural variations are not grounds for return or exchange.
