After receiving account confirmation
* Email your order to info@qdservice.de and we will mail you back for your payment info.
* You can pay via paypal (works also with a guest account and your credit card), we will send you the concerning request.
* NOTE: We do not take any orders over the phone to insure efficiency. THANK YOU!

TERMS AND PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR WHOLESALE
• Orders will be accepted by fax, email or mail. To ensure efficiency, we do not accept phone orders.
• Orders are processed two times per week.
• We have a minimum Opening Order of 20 patterns in any combination from our total line selection. There is a minimum reorder of 10 patterns in any combination from our total line selection.
• Orders must be pre-paid by credit card or by paypal (we will send you a paypal-payment request).
• Orders will be processed as soon as payment is received.
• WE DO NOT DO CONSIGNMENT - WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS
• If an item is out of stock it will be placed on backorder and dispatched when available (Freight at cost). Please note on order form if you do not wish to receive backorders.
• Claims for missing or incorrect deliveries must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. No allowance will be made for shorts (incomplete patterns or orders) or damages after this time.
• ZEN CHIC patterns may not be copied, loaned or re-distributed in any way, shape or form to a third party.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Please note that shipping and handling will be added to your order based on your order total.
For all packages including quilt kits your shipping will be calculated on an order-by-order basis.
Shipping charges are calculated based upon the number of envelopes needed to accommodate your order.
All orders will be shipped from Minneapolis, USA.
Your order will arrive within 1-2 weeks, depending on your location.

US Orders up to 50 patterns or fabric assortments only $ 10.00
Canadian Orders up to 50 patterns or fabric assortments only $ 32.00
Other International Orders up to 50 patterns or fabric assortments only $ 47.00
