Time is flying by and we are coming to a close with Zen Chic’s first Quilt Along. This is week 6 of our 7-week Spring in Paris QAL. Let’s see what we are going to do this week.
We’re making progress
In the last weeks, we have done a lot. By now, we have the part of our quilts with all the hexagon balls almost finished. We just need to make the final 4 rows. You have become a triangle-piecing expert! I bet your hexagon balls look amazing. You should be really proud of yourself for making it so far.
Show us on Instagram
I love to look at all you’ve done over the weeks. Sharing your progress on Instagram with the hashtag #springinparisqal made me very happy. I’ve looked forward to your photos every single week.
Our Facebook group
The community this QAL has brought forward on Facebook in our special group has been a highlight of this Quilt Along. I’m so glad for all the encouragement, help, and celebrations we’ve all shared there. It is truly amazing! If you want to join our Facebook group, you need a password, which we share in our QAL newsletter. If you haven’t signed up yet, you can register right here.
One lucky winner
A sweet perk of quilting with us during these weeks is the fact that you have the chance to win some amazing prizes. Last week Moda Fabrics was our sponsor. They generously contributed with a Layer Cake of the new collection Dance in Paris. And our lucky winner is Tanya (@chicken4billy)! Congratulations!
Fat Quarter Shop is our sponsor this week and is giving away a $100 gift certificate. To win this wonderful prize all you need to do is be a participant in the QAL and post your progress in our Facebook group or on Instagram with the hashtag #springinparisqal so we can put your name in the draw. You have until Tue, June 15th to post your photo. Fingers crossed everybody!
